Theme: Leadership illustrated through the art of music

This Round Square conference was an ideal training session for young children informing them of the qualities of a great leader. It provided us with fascinating facts about French classical music. It reinforced the idea of leadership being an integral part of the creative process especially in the art of music.
Eminent speakers, Kaija Saariaho shared her vast knowledge and experience with the students. The students interacted and discussed a plethora of topics related to music and leadership with other students from all over the globe. Some of the main takeaways from the conference were as follows
We got to know about the workings of an orchestra and the intricacies of how much instrument comes together cohesively to form a beautiful piece and how each member plays their part to perfection.
The idea of music and its interrelationship with leadership was explored throughout the conference.
It taught us to identify and fully utilize our skills to our full potential to learn what we can from each other and hone our skills as a leader.
