The foundation wing students of YPS enjoy learning with a lot of enthusiasm and happiness. Their first term was activity based learning. Ditching the traditional way of teaching, the teachers of Foundation Wing planned various activities to keep kids engaged and motivated. They made learning fun and helped them bring out the best of their creative and critical thinking skills. The students were encouraged to implement their own ideas to accomplish the task. The teachers used flash cards, puppets, sorting games, shapes games, flashcards, scrabble letters, on ground drawing of maze, dolls, kitchen sets, slides, seesaw, finger puppets and many more aids to impart knowledge. Not only did they learn the key concepts but also how to do effective teamwork. All the students thoroughly enjoyed this method of learning. The happy learning atmosphere has proven to be beneficial in a child's easy learning and quick retention.
