A team of 5 best swimmers from YPS participated in IPSC Swimming Meet held at Genesis Global School, Noida. We are pleased to share that two of our swimmers, Sumer Singh and Agamteshwar Singh won several medals in 50m, 100m, 200m Freestyle and Butterfly strokes.
SWIMMING ACHIEVEMENTS
Our skilled swimmers participated in two different competitions held in the month of June and July. A team of 11 swimmers took part in the Patiala District Swimming Sub-Junior, Junior, Senior Boys and Girls Championship held at Govt. Swimming Pool, Patiala. They won several medals in different categories. The team included following students: 1. Sumer Singh XI (Sc) 2. Rabbani Sekhon XI (Sc) 3. Seerat Sidhu X (P) 4. Parwaz Singh X (E) 5. In addition, few of these students Sumer Singh, Agamteshwar Singh, Yuvandeep Singh also participated and won medals in Junior Punjab State Swimming Championship held at Amritsar.
